When the search is successful, the photocopy/certificate of the record will show the Date and Place of Birth, Name, Sex, Name and Address of Father, Name of Mother, Fathers Occupation and the Name of the Informant.
Genealogy Tip: When you have the birth record, you will know in which year they would be old enough to marry. You can then search for their marriage record to see if they did marry.
Genealogy Tip: If you are unsure of the spelling of a townland, or you want to know where the townland is, use the Irish Placename Search facility.
